This is a pillow cover only—does not include insert. Maybe I didn’t read the description well enough. It’s also not quite square and all pillow inserts are square as far as I can tell. I’m not sure what size insert to get because none of them match the size of this cover exactly. Otherwise, I love this pillow cover. I think it’s an attractive design and good-looking color combination.
