Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition. A small restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at southwestsunrise4@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping rates may vary depending on the size of the order and location. For any return related questions, you can always reach us at southwestsunrise4@gmail.com.
Restocking Fee
For approved returns, a 3% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to help cover processing, handling, and payment service costs. We always aim to keep this as minimal as possible.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we’re happy to assist when possible. Returns or exchanges based solely on personal preference (such as not liking the item) must be initiated by the original purchaser. This allows us to ensure accurate and secure processing, as all refunds are handled through the original purchasing account and payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and consumable items such as used candles.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Orders shipped internationally outside of the United States
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
