SOUTHWEST SUNRISE Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart :
1 - Select Proceed to Checkout
2 - Select or add your shipping address
3 - Select a Shipping speed and select Continue
4 - Select a Payment method and select Continue
The total shipping cost will be listed under Order Summary
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, we will ship all items within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
Custom orders, large orders, and any personalized items will be shipped within 2-6 weeks of purchase, as they are one-of-a-kind and made just for you.
International Orders
Duties and Taxes
* IMPORTANT : We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Orders shipped internationally outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or merchandise exchanges including original shipping fees, duties, taxes and tariffs.
